Split Vision® SLR

Federal Signal's IVP SLR beacon combines the superior light output of a rotator with the advantages of LED performance. Featuring the patented Solaris® LED Rotator (SLR), the IVP SLR rotating beacon light creates a burst of illumination with the benefits of a rotator to create a sweep of light unmatched by flashing lights.  

The rotating beacon light enhances visibility for the critical, life-saving duties that firefighters perform every day. With 360-degree illumination, the LED rotating beacon ensures that the light is visible from all directions, alerting bystanders to the emergency situation. And because it uses LED technology, the rotating beacon light uses significantly less energy than traditional bulbs, meaning it reduces the strain on a vehicle’s battery, runs cooler, and is more eco-friendly. 

The IVP SLR is available in two styles that complement Federal Signal’s Vision® SLR light bars. The VSLR1 rotating beacon light features Red LEDs or Blue LEDs and may be used as part of a National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) lighting package. The VSLR1-R1A02 LED rotating beacon is NFPA compliant and features a Red LED rotator and an IMPAXX 6 Amber warning light in attractive housing. IMPAXX6 models are also available in Amber, Blue, or Red LEDs.
