SignalMaster™ Directional Light Bar Controllers
Federal Signal’s SignalMaster™ directional light controllers offer intelligent, reliable design with expanded features and functions for police and fire service vehicles. Users can easily choose from a wide range of directional signal light functions with the tactile membrane panel.
Federal Signal control boxes operate 12 and 24 Vdc systems and can be configured to operate (2) 4-, 6- or 8-lamp directional signal lights. The controller's increased current capacity supports multiple LED SignalMaster directional lights, providing versatile lighting control for various applications.
Both directional warning light controller models are enclosed in a rugged 1/8-inch thick aluminum housing and include a mounting bracket for durability.
Model 331105-SB is our full-featured SignalMaster directional light bar controller. It is equipped with 14 user-selectable warning patterns. The 331105-SB also has a “Fast” and “Low Power” mode that can be selected for additional warning patterns. A lever switch selects the directional control. When a pattern is activated, the LED light indicator illuminates for quick recognition. Users can choose from eight flash patterns or steady-on mode.
The 331105-SB features enhanced auxiliary lighting capabilities. When the AUX button is activated, the directional light bar controller functions as a dual-channel flasher with 5-amp outputs per channel. The AUX button also triggers a user-supplied relay, enabling control of additional electronic devices. The controller’s turn signal override temporarily instructs the directional light bar to mirror vehicle turn signals..
Model 330104-SB is our basic SignalMaster directional light controller. This controller features an ergonomically designed membrane switch and offers the choice between (7) user-selectable warning patterns in place of a lever switch.
