Serial Interface Module FSJoin Programmable

The Serial Interface Module is a device that enables communication with Federal Signal Convergence Network (serial) compatible light bars, ILS systems, and CN SignalMaster™. With the Serial Interface Module, first responders can easily and simultaneously control systems within their vehicles, including lights, sirens, radios, and more. This centralized control makes the vehicle’s emergency functions more efficient and easier to manage. It also streamlines the operation of vehicle systems, saving time and allowing first responders the bandwidth to focus on more critical tasks rather than manually controlling each device.

All programming features, such as light bar pattern selection, front/rear cut-off, intersection mode, and SignalMaster control, are externally accessible. There is no need to open the module or access it internally.  And because the Federal Signal Serial Interface module is programmable, it’s easy to update and adapt to new technologies.
