RF100C UltraVoice® Compact Cellular Siren/Speaker

The RF100C1 and C2 cellular-enabled models are an addition to our current family of wireless outdoor and indoor warning products. These intelligent voice speakers can work together as an integrated system or standalone for special applications. As an integrated system, the RF100 includes an UltraVoice® control board which performs many of the same functions as our full line of UltraVoice products. The RF100 can deliver the same high quality announcements as our Modulator and DSA speaker systems. The RF100 includes contact closure inputs for local activation and power sourcing outputs for activating lights or other devices. In addition, a high powered 100 Watt amplifier, power supply and UltraVoice control board are contained within the enclosure. The RF100 has separate NEMA 4x speaker and cell modem enclosures for ease of installation and service. In addition, a high powered amplifier, power supply and UltraVoice control board are contained within the enclosure. The RF100 is powered from 120/240 Vac or 24 Vdc. Both models come preassembled with a low-profile omnidirectional antenna. Larger remote antenna options are available to improve cell coverage.

RF100C1 is equipped with our FSIoT tri-carrier modem. FSIoT is a Federal Signal managed cellular network that does not require the customer to purchase SIM cards, assign IP addresses or manage firewall ports. All FSIoT equipped devices are pre-configured at the factory to work out of the box. FSIoT is a private network without direct Internet access, so your devices remain safe. The tri-carrier modem automatically picks the best quality signal between the three large US cellular networks (AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile). Use the RF100C1 with our FSIoT-base modem and either Commander® software or the SS2000+ Series C Local Hardware Activation Point for a complete solution.

RF100C2 is equipped with a FirstNet-ready cellular modem.  Use this with our FirstNet service plans (for eligible customers). Federal Signal’s FirstNet plans utilize a private network without Internet access so your devices stay safe, but still enjoy the benefits of the priority FirstNet service. Customers have the option to use their own M2M cellular data service and SIM cards provided by their preferred cellular carrier. Federal Signal modems can be used on all North American LTE, HSPA+ and CBRS networks. Use the RF100C2 with a base station modem and Commander software for a complete solution.

The RF100 can be combined with DS100 amplified speakers to provide increased sound levels in one or multiple directions. The RF100 is a flexible and unique product. Contact Federal Signal sales to discuss your application.
