Police/Fire Evacuator® Back-up Alarms
Federal Signal’s Evacuator Plus (dual tone) back-up alarms are engineered to provide dependable performance and exceptional warning power across a diverse range of vehicle and material handling equipment requirements. Built to withstand the most punishing applications and harshest environments, these back-up alarms feature piezo-electric circuitry and solid-state components that reduce Amp draw (as low as 0.02 A @ 12 VDC) and minimize the adverse effects of shock and vibration. The low amp draw also ensures the back-up alarm conserves vehicle battery power so that emergency responders can still reliably access critical electrical functions while in the field.
Evacuator Plus is the right back-up alarm for applications where two tones are better than one. More distinct and audible warning alarm alerts ensure emergency responders working in high-noise environments can respond quickly and effectively. The dual-function back-up alarm sound feature supplies Evacuator Plus with the ability to produce two distinctively different tones.
Dual-function Evacuator Plus back-up alarm models can be ordered for applications ranging from 87 dB to 112 dB, thereby allowing users to meet their most precise warning alarm requirements and ensuring optimal audibility. The unit’s universal mounting bracket makes installation in a variety of vehicles quick and easy.
