Meet Our Team

Kevin Bruszewski has proudly served Federal Signal customers since 2000. Since joining Federal Signal, he moved up the ranks and leads our Police and Fire markets as the National Director of Sales. Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Phoenix. He enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.

Rodney Jones joined the Federal Signal Sales Team in 2000. Rodney is the Southeast Regional Sales Manager. He graduated with a Bachelors degree in International Studies from Ferrum College. In his spare time, Rodney plays golf and spends time with his family on their 20-acre mini-farm.

In 2002, Randy Henderson teamed with Federal Signal and is serving as our Central Regional Manager. Prior to joining the Federal Signal Sales Team, Randy has over ten years of experience in the law enforcement industry. In addition to his work experience, Randy graduated from Middle Tennessee State University. Randy enjoys fishing and hunting, but his most rewarding time is spent with his grandchildren.

Buddy Shakespeare partnered with Federal Signal in 2008. Buddy is our Northwestern Regional Sales Manager. As a retired Captain for the New Jersey State Police Department, he is a valued resource to our customers. Buddy earning his Business Administration from Stockton State College and Master of Education from Seton Hall University. When he is not serving his customers, Buddy enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.

In 2014, Blake Wilbor joined Federal Signal as the Senior Sales Representative for Alabama, Georgia, and South Carolina. When he is not enjoying time with his family and everything motorsports related, Blake is the Assistant Community Coach for East Coweta Cross-County and Assistant Scout Master Boy Scouts of America.

Jaymie Nelson became part of the Federal Signal sales team in 2017. Jaymie served as a Police Officer for over 14 years. Now he is a reserve. Jaymie makes an asset to his customers with over 30 years of experience with the Metro Nashville Radio shop.

Gary Payne joined Federal Signal in 2017. He graduated with a bachelor’s in environmental engineering. Before coming on as a Sales Manager at Federal Signal, Gary owned and emergency vehicle installation business for 15 years. When he is not working, he enjoys a quiet round of golf.

Jaqueline Stockman joined Federal Signal in 1995. She worked up the ranks to become a National Sales Manager. When Jacqui is not at work, she enjoys all activities her home state Arkansas has to offer. She bikes, hikes with her dogs, kayaking, fishing and enjoys birding. She also spends time with her family, two dogs, and close friends.

Michael Ortiz has been a New England District Manager at Federal Signal since 2017. When he is not working, he enjoys a couple of rounds of golf and spending family time with his two children, Cameron, and Mackenzie, his wife and high school sweetheart, Jen, and his two lab mixes.

Rebecca Evans joined the Federal Signal team as a Sales Manager in 2017. Rebecca earned her Bachelor’s in English Literature from Concordia University.

John Siener started selling Federal Signal products back in 2009 and joined our team in 2017 as a Sales Manager. When John is not working, you can catch him playing golf or fishing with his boys.

Karl Bentz became part of the Federal Signal sales team in 2016. Karl is an asset to his customers with his Police background and education. Karl has earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Jorel Deleon joined the Federal Signal sales team as a Sales Manager in 2017.

Bobby Moses joined the Federal Signal sales team in 2017. Prior to joining our team, Bobby was a Virginia State Police Senior Trooper motorcycle squad, Fleet Manager. He held a Virginia State contract for Ford, Chevy, and Dodge. Bobby attended Virginia Commonwealth University and received his Bachelor’s in Police Science. When he is not working, Bobby enjoys boating and long motorcycle rides

Marc Courville joined the Federal Signal Sales team in 2017 and serves as our District Sales Manager for Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. Marc is a valued resource to his customers with over twenty years as a police officer. In Marc’s free time, he is the founder and president of the Dallas Defenders Football Club supporting children charities and fallen officers.  Marc is also the photographer and webmaster for the Prosper High School Soccer Teams. When he is not enjoying outdoor activities, he enjoys spending time with his family.

Sean Boyle became part of the Federal Signal team in 2016 and serves the Sales Manager for Pennsylvania, New York, and Northern West Virginia region. His experience in law enforcement and the defense industry makes him an asset to his customers.
