Gary Payne joined Federal Signal in 2017. He graduated with a bachelor’s in environmental engineering. Before coming on as a Sales Manager at Federal Signal, Gary owned an emergency vehicle installation business for 15 years. When he is not working, he enjoys a quiet round of golf.
